LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A 22-year-old man killed in a shooting in Louisville's Shively neighborhood in mid-April has been identified.
On Friday, the Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as Ronald Washington III.
Washington was shot in the 1800 block of Appleton Lane on April 15 around 11 p.m. He was transported to a local hospital where he died shortly after arriving, the Shively Police Department said.
Authorities said at the time there are no known suspects in the case.
