LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) is investigating after a man was found shot to death in the Algonquin neighborhood early Saturday morning.
Officers with the department's Second Division responded to a shooting in the 1600 block of Moore Court around 2:30 a.m.
At the scene, officers found a man dead from a gunshot wound.
On Monday, Dec. 4, the Jefferson County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 23-year-old Damion Taylor.
LMPD’s Homicide unit will be handling the investigation. Detectives are canvassing the area.
There are no known suspect(s).
