Brice Rhodes adds terroristic threatening and intimidating a participant in the legal process to his list of charges.

LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- An accused killer is now facing new charges after a September court appearance.

Brice Rhodes adds terroristic threatening and intimidating a participant in the legal process to his list of charges.

He's accused of threatening to kill a judge and her family while in court last week.

JUDGE: "I'm going to keep talking because I don't want to have to see you back here for this."
RHODES: "What do you think, that I don't know where you live at? What you think that? *****, I don't care about none of that. I didn't do ****. Ill be out."
JUDGE: "So, you're saying you're going to find out where I live at?"
RHODES: "I don't give a **** about none of that. You've got family, I'll be out."

VIDEO: Suspect appears in court, accused of threatening judge

Rhodes is already charged in the murder of a pair of brothers and setting their bodies on fire.

While he was In court on those charges, he's caught on camera spitting on an inmate.

That was the second time Rhodes has spit on someone in court.

The first was his own attorney who dropped Rhodes as a client because of a conflict of interest.

Rhodes is also accused of a third murder earlier in 2016.
