LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- Charges were dropped in the case where a man was accused of shooting and killing one man and injuring another.
William Albright was facing a murder charge but those charges were dropped on Aug. 12. Court documents said the Commonwealth had not established that Albright wasn’t acting in self-defense.
The two men William Albright shot were brothers, Cameron and Kyle Pearson. Cameron Pearson, 29, died from his injury.
Police said the two brothers were arguing outside Albright’s gun shop on July 8, 2015, on Valley Station Road, in the 5400 block, when Albright came out and opened fire.
