LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS 11)--The man accused of killing an LMPD officer in the line of duty has been transferred to the Kentucky State reformatory.
Wathaniel Woods is charged with murder among other charges.
Police say woods was driving under the influence when he hit officer Nick Rodman's patrol car early April.
A judge set a pretrial for May 15 his bond remains the same at one million dollars cash.
