LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A woman has died after she was stabbed multiple times Tuesday afternoon in a Louisville home.
At about 12:45 p.m., Louisville Metro Police responded to a stabbing in the 200 block of Huntington Park Drive in the Newburg neighborhood investigators said.
Officers on scene found a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds inside a home in the area according to authorities. Officers rendered first aid until EMS took over and transported her to UofL Hospital.
Authorities later said she died at the hospital. LMPD's Homicide Unit is handling this investigation.
