LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A juvenile female is dead after a shooting late Thursday night in Okolona.
At about 11:30 p.m., Louisville Metro police responded to Audubon Hospital after a girl arrived with gunshot wounds, according to an LMPD news release.
Investigators believe the girl was involved in a shooting in the area of Preston Highway and Outer Loop before she arrived at the hospital.
The girl was pronounced dead shortly after her arrival at the hospital. Her identity has not yet been released.
LMPD's Homicide Unit is investigating. There are currently no known suspects.
