LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Hours after a woman was shot to death in southwest Louisville, Metro Police say they have made an arrest in the case.
Stephanie Hill, 32, of Vine Grove, has been charged with murder, robbery, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
LMPD officers were called to the 8000 block of Glimmer Way around 2 a.m. Monday.
A woman, later identified as 29-year-old Renata Veljacic, was found with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene. Her identity has not been released.
LMPD is still working on the investigation.
