JCPS says classes are a go after weekend flooding

JCPS IS OPEN! Officials say buses could be late as their drivers navigate road closures due to flooding.
Over the past few weeks, JCPS bus drivers were asked to fill out a five-question survey and return it to Teamsters Local Union No. 783.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Officials with Jefferson County Public Schools say classes are a go after torrential rains caused flooding over the weekend.

The district said Feb. 26 was a make-up day due to snow earlier this year.

They want parents to know that some buses could be late as drivers navigate road closures due to the flooding.

JCPS urges extra caution during the commute to work or school.
