Possible sewer line collapse at Jeffersonville High School prompts early dismissal

Students at Jeffersonville High School were dismissed early on Wednesday after officials said a sewer line is in danger of collapsing.

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. β€” Students at a southern Indiana school were dismissed early Wednesday due to a possible sewer line collapse.

Dismissal began at 11:15 a.m. for Jeffersonville High School car riders and dismissal was at 11:30 a.m. for bus riders.

This comes after officials said a sewer line at the school is in danger of collapsing.

In a late night social media post, Jeffersonville High School officials said will be in-person on Thursday.
