Councilwoman organizes mask, glove donation for Park Duvalle neighborhood

Councilwoman Keisha Dorsey is made sure residents of the Park Duvalle neighborhood have the equipment they need.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — In Kentucky, face masks are now required for everyone entering most businesses and using public transportation. Governor Beshear is urging all Kentuckians to wear masks in public to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.

Councilwoman Keisha Dorsey is made sure residents of the Park Duvalle neighborhood have the equipment they need. She organized a PPE donation at the Park Duvalle Senior Center.

Thanks to help from Louisville’s sister city in China, nearly 3,000 masks and 10,000 gloves were distributed.
