(WHAS11) -- Kentucky is getting high praise when it comes time to have a baby.
Wallet Hub compared all 50 states when it came to baby costs, including Washington DC, and Kentucky turned out to be pretty good.
The Bluegrass State ranked 6th overall, coming in first in the "budget" category but came in 33rd place when it came to healthcare.
Indiana ranked 38th overall with Vermont taking the number one spot.
