Workers at the park began trying to shift the stuck boat moments later.

Five of the passengers were checked out by the amusement park’s Health Services. They say one person declined treatment while two others were treated for minor injuries. Two others were taken to the hospital at their request for further observation.

Officials say they have contacted the state ride inspectors and along with their technical staff, they will investigate the incident.
