LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Two people have been injured after a car crashed into a downtown Louisville building.
Metro Police’s First Division officers responded to the intersection at South Brook and East Market streets around 10:20 a.m. Tuesday.
According to LMPD’s initial investigation, they say a gray Buick ran a red light which struck another vehicle, and then hit the Life Storage building.
The impact of the crash left the building with minor damage.
LMPD said a pole with walk signals was also damaged.
The two victims reportedly have non-life-threatening injuries, and it is unclear if they were transported to the hospital.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
