3 charged in connection with Clarksville prostitution sting

Police said they received several complaints about possible prostitution activity at the Theatair X on Hwy. 31 E in Clarksville, and over the weekend plain-clothed officers conducted an investigation.

CLARKSVILLE, Ind. (WHAS11) -- Three people were arrested over the weekend after Southern Indiana police conducted a prostitution sting.

Police said they received several complaints about possible prostitution activity at the Theatair X on Hwy. 31 E in Clarksville, and over the weekend plain-clothed officers conducted an investigation.

Three patrons were arrested in connection with the sting:

  • Bill Bohall, 52 of Vallonia, Ind. is charged with patronizing a prostitute.
  • Jeffery Grooms, 58 of Louisville is charged with patronizing a prostitute.
  • Kristopher Druen, 31 of New Albany, is charged with public indecency.

All three men were taken to the Clark County Jail.
