LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – The salad shelves at Kroger are getting re-stocked this week, after that big listeria recall.
Shelves were cleared last week when Dole, Fresh Selections and Simple Truth products were recalled for possible listeria contamination.
Since then a Dole plant in North Carolina has been working overtime to get products back in stores.
15-people were sickened by listeria including one person in Indiana.
