LOUISVILLE, Ky. — LG&E says a bullet hit a power line causing a truck to catch on fire and hundreds of people to lose power on Monday.
It happened on Strawberry Lane right after midnight on New Year's Day.
The power company says the bullet damaged their lines.
Louisville Fire crews responded to the vehicle fire caused by the downed lines.
LG&E says 2,400 customers lost power but the outages were restored fairly quickly, just after 2 a.m.
