(WHAS11) Charges have been dismissed against a former U of L football player. Johnny Patrick was back in court Wednesday morning.
Patrick was arrested in June, 2010 after a fight with a woman. Police said the two were fighting over a cell phone and Patrick threw her to the ground.
In July, he pleaded guilty to harassment charges. As part of the plea deal, he was ordered to complete a diversion program. Wednesday, Patrick proved to the judge he had completed the program and the judge dismissed the charges.
