LARUE CO., Ky. (WHAS11) -- Volunteers spent Saturday raising funds at the LaRue County fairgrounds in honor of a young homicide victim.
14-year-old Trey Zwicker's body was found behindLiberty High School in May 2011, and now his stepfather and 15-year-old stepbrother are facing murder charges in his death.
Zwicker's grandmother, Shelly Stewart, planned the the Trey Zwicker Memorial Toy Bike Run to raise funds and donate toys to LaRue County children. For a toy or a $10 donation, riders enjoyed free breakfast and a motorcycle ride on Saturday.
