Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11) – The Kentucky Court of Appeals has reversed a Jefferson County judge's ruling involving Governor Bevin's fight against Planned Parenthood.
The state filed a suit last year against Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky because its Louisville facility performed nearly two dozen abortions in December 2015 and January 2016 without a license.
