LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A new food truck has made its way from Maine to Louisville.
Cousin’s Maine Lobster held a special opening at Goodwood Brewing on Saturday.
The company is nationally known and was featured on ABC’s Shark Tank.
The truck serves fresh Maine lobster rolls, tacos, quesadillas, grilled cheese, lobster tails and more.
Cousin’s Maine Lobster has about 75 food trucks across the country.
“It means the world to us to open a food truck in Louisville. We know this is a fun party city with food and sports and happy people. So why not be here? We're super excited,” founder Sabin Lomac said.
The food truck will be set up next at Menard’s on Preston Crossings Boulevard on Sunday.
