LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A well-known Louisville attorney is recovering after an accident.
Darryl Isaacs, known as the "Heavy Hitter" and "the Hammer" was hit in mid -January while riding his bike on River Road and Indian Hills Trail.
Police believe Isaacs was attempting to turn when the car behind him didn't see him signal and hit the back of his bike.
Officers say the driver of the vehicle was blinded by the sun.
No charges will be filed because there was no criminal intent on the driver's part.
Isaacs is currently listed in fair condition.
