ELIZABETH, Ind. (WHAS11) – The Horseshoe Casino resumed operations Saturday after closing its doors earlier this week due to flooding.
Officials said the river receded to a point to where they could allow guests to safely return.
The reopening also included restaurants and retail shops near the facility.
