LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – One of two Clark County judges shot in Indianapolis is back home.
In a Facebook post, Judge Brad Jacobs’ wife wrote, “We are happy to announce that we are all together at home tonight”, thanking the community for its support.

Two men from the Indianapolis area were arrested in the case but the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office determined an additional investigation is needed before filing charges.
