Police make second arrest after shots were fired at Clarksville Police chief's home in 2022

Indiana State Police arrested the first suspect, a teenager, last November.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Over a year after shots were fired at the Clarksville Police chief's home, police have made a second arrest in the case.

Police were called to the chief's home on reports of a shooting on Sept. 18, 2022. Authorities said they found shell casings in the driveway, and several of the rounds were found inside the home.

Indiana State Police arrested the first suspect, a teenager, last November.

He was charged with two counts of attempted murder and one count of criminal recklessness with a firearm, a level 5 felony, according to ISP.

After multiple subpoenas, search warrants and interviews Indiana State Police Det. Chris Tucker arrested 18-year-old James Louis Wall of Clarksville on Thursday.

Wall is charged with two counts of attempted murder and one county of criminal recklessness with a firearm.
