Indiana man pleads guilty to arson in 2021 fire destroying replica of George Rogers Clark cabin

Clark County prosecutor Jeremy Mull said Jason Fosse pleaded guilty to arson for the 2021 fire.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man accused of destroying a cabin at a historic site in Clarksville has pleaded guilty.

Clark County prosecutor Jeremy Mull said Jason Fosse pleaded guilty to arson.

Fosse set the cabin on fire at the George Rogers Clark home site in May 2021.

It was a replica of Clark’s retirement home. The original Clark cabin was destroyed in the 1800s. The cabin was rebuilt and moved to Clarksville in 2001.

Mull said Fosse will be sentenced on Nov. 27.

He faces up to 12 years in prison.
