CLARK COUNTY, Indiana — Two southern Indiana men were arrested for stealing a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon.

On Oct. 5, Hill's Auto Sales in Henryville, Indiana contacted Det. Mike Bennett of the Indiana State Police (ISP) Sellersburg Post to report a stolen vehicle.

According to a news release, Hill's Auto Sales said a white 2014 Ford F-350 truck was stolen off their lot the morning of Oct. 1.

Officials said Bennett started an investigation where he reviewed video recordings with "various other investigative techniques". When he finished the investigation, he arrested 30-year-old Derius Bell, of Floyd Knobs, Indiana, and 19-year-old Quincy Bumpass, of Clarksville, Indiana, for motor vehicle theft, a level 6 felony.

Authorities took both Bell and Bumpass to the Clark County Jail without incident.

The news release said the stolen truck was found in Crawford County, Indiana and will be returned to Hill's Auto Sales.
