Alex Bailey, 26, was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A southern Indiana man has died following a car crash in Warren County, Kentucky early Sunday.

Kentucky State Police responded to a two-vehicle collision on Interstate 65 near the 25 mile-marker around 1:57 a.m. in Warren County.

According to KSP's preliminary investigation revealed 29-year-old Alex Bailey of Jeffersonville was traveling northbound on I-65 when a deer entered the roadway causing him to hit the break before striking the deer around the 25 mile-marker.

Bailey was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim of the other vehicle, a 55-year-old man, was taken to a hospital in Bowling Green. His injuries are unknown.
