INDIANAPOLIS — A Madison, Indiana corrections officer has been arrested in connection with an early May triple stabbing that left two dead in Indianapolis.
Kristen Wolf, 28, was taken into custody on May 23.
According to police, the responded to a home in the 5600 block of Portsmouth Avenue around 9:45 p.m. on May 11. Officers found three people suffering from stab or puncture-type wounds.
Police say 24-year-old Victoria Cook was pronounced dead at the scene while 28-year-old Dylan Dickover was taken to the hospital where he later died.
A third person, 33-year-old Elizabeth McKugh, was last reported in critical condition.
An official with Indiana Department of Correction said Wolf had been employed as a correctional officer at the Madison Correctional Facility since February 2014 but was fired based on allegations of criminal actions being investigated by Indianapolis police.
Police say the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office will review the case and then make a charging decision.
