LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – As severe weather made its way through Kentuckiana Friday, one viewer caught a tornado as it formed on video.
The tornado, later confirmed as an EF-1 tornado, was spotted 5 miles south of Corydon in Harrison County.
In the video, captured by Gregory Linker, shows the twister touching down on land before going disappearing and reforming again.
Areas also hit by the tornado included the town of New Middletown.
Harrison County officials say homes and trees were damaged.
