LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A well-known southern Indiana attorney who was known for representing David Camm in his first murder trial has died.
Mike McDaniel passed away Monday morning from natural causes.
Since working the Camm trial, the 72-year-old had been working steadily and was currently representing Joseph Oberhansley in another high profile murder case.
McDaniel was loved by his colleagues and was often very colorful in his remarks to the media.
He started practicing law in the late 1960's.
Funeral arrangements for McDaniel are pending.
