LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – Two suspects in the Indianapolis shooting of two Clark County judges will head to trial on Friday.
According to news reports, Alfredo Vazquez and Brandon Kaiser appeared for a short initial hearing Tuesday where the trial date was set for Aug. 12, although it could be delayed.
Investigators say Judges Brad Jacobs and Andrew Adams were shot in the parking lot of a White Castle on May 1 after getting into a fight with Vazquez and Kaiser.
Judge Adams is also facing charges in the case.
He has yet to appear in court.
