LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- An investigation is underway after an inmate was found dead of an apparent suicide at Louisville Metro Corrections.
Nineteen-year-old Franklin Bolton was found hanging in his cell with a bed sheet yesterday.
He had been at the jail since Dec. 29 on several charges including kidnapping, robbery and promoting contraband.
