LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Hometown Hero Jack Harlow partnered with a Louisville staple in celebration of the spookiest month of the year.
The Jack Harlow Foundation, with organizational help from the Louisville Urban League, purchased 100 Halloween costumes from Caufield's Novelty for children in the Metro.
"A local family business like Caufield's Novelty felt to me like the perfect partner to celebrate kids and the joy of Halloween," Harlow's foundation said in a social media post.
Located on West Main Street in downtown Louisville, Caufield's has been around since 1920. It's a well-known novelty store with a hefty supply of Halloween costumes and decorations.
"After a century, the store remains standing as one of the oldest and largest novelty item distributors in the nation," the foundation said.
Harlow's nonprofit works to improve Louisville and supports several other local organizations.
