JCPS investigating unauthorized grade changes at middle school

JCPS Spokesperson Carolyn Callahan confirmed with WHAS11 that they are looking into an incident at Stuart Middle School.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Jefferson County Public Schools (JCPS) is investigating after a school said grades were changed in their system without teacher's knowledge. 

JCPS Spokesperson Carolyn Callahan confirmed with WHAS11 that they are looking into an incident at Stuart Middle School. 

"We have no other information, but once Dr. Pollio was made aware of the reports he said we need to immediately investigate that," she said. "The internal audit team is handling that investigation."

Callahan said there's no timeline for when that investigation will be complete.
