LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Local music artist, Simmons College professor and community organizer, Jecorey Arthur, is running for Louisville Metro Council's District 4.
According to a tweet, Arthur filed to run in the Democratic primary on December 9.
Current Councilwoman Barbara Sexton Smith announced she will not be seeking a second term in the 2020 election.
