LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Josh Young made his first of two appearances on national television Monday to tell his side of the story after he was acquitted of the murder of his step-brother.
Young appeared on 'Doctor Phil' Monday saying that his father, Josh Gouker framed him for the murder of his step-brother Trey Zwicker.
Zwicker, 14, was found beaten to death behind Liberty High School in May of 2011.
Gouker pleaded guilty to the murder and Young was acquitted last year.
Young maintained his innocence and also came face to face with Zwicker's dad for the first time on the show.
Young says he wants to move on and said he's now working and wants to go to JCC in August.
This was part one of a two-part series.
