LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police have cancelled an Operation Return Home for a missing 22-year-old last seen in the Park Duvalle neighborhood.
Joshua Kennedy was last seen in the 1900 block of S. 35th Street on Wednesday, Aug. 28.
Authorities said Kennedy walked away from his caretaker's home and isn't capable of taking care of himself, adding that he needs medication.
Kennedy is described as being 5' 08" and having blue eyes and blonde-brown hair. He was last seen wearing a red long sleeve shirt, blue jeans and a black backpack.
