(WHAS 11)--A Louisville father accused of helping his son murder his step son has been found competent to stand trial.
The evaluation was completed as a request of Joshua Gouker's attorney.
Gouker and his 16-year old son, Joshua Young, are charged with murdering Gouker's stepson and Young's stepbrother, Trey Zwicker.
Trey was found beaten to death behind Liberty high school in 2011.
