Kentucky man arrested for stealing over $150 in audio bibles

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) — LMPD arrested a man on Sunday for shoplifting audio bibles from CVS.

The incident happened at the CVS located at 2222 Bardstown Road. According to police, Barry Willard, 45, entered the store around 1:30pm and picked up four audio bibles from the shelf. He concealed them in his clothing and left the store without paying for them.

Police arrested Willard and recovered the stolen merchandise, which was totaled at $159.92.

This was not Willard’s first arrest. His arrest history extends to 2011 and includes drug possession, forgery, and multiple shoplifting charges.
