LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Red Cross and the KFC Yum! Center are offering some cool giveaways for donors at their next blood drive in Louisville.
Everyone who donates blood at the Remember and Honor Blood Drive on Thursday will receive a voucher for a complimentary ticket to see Lionel Richie and Earth, Wind & Fire at the Yum! Center, a chance to win a family four-pack of tickets to Cedar Fair Parks (which includes King's Island), and an exclusive Red Cross Tetris T-shirt.
The blood drive will be May 30 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the KFC Yum! Center. All donors can get free parking at the Yum Center parking garage on Third Street.
To donate blood, you need to bring a blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification that are required at check-in. Potential donors who are 17 years old or older, weigh at least 110 pounds and are in generally good health may be eligible to donate blood.
Donors must enter the KFC Yum! Center from the west side of the main entrance off Main Street. This entrance is also accessible from the elevator located on the Third Street side of the parking garage.
