Golden Alert canceled for missing 74-year-old man last seen in PRP neighborhood

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Update: MetroSafe said Floyd Rusher was found safe around 5 p.m. Thursday.

A Golden Alert has been issued for a missing 74-year-old man last seen in the PRP neighborhood Thursday morning. 

Louisville Metro Police Department (LMPD) said Floyd Rusher went missing from the 8200 block of Virginia Road around 10 a.m. 

He was captured on a Flock camera driving a tan 2001 Cadillac Deville with the Kentucky license plate number 190-CEL. The vehicle was seen driving with the front driver tire missing at Dixie Highway and Trent Avenue headed south. 

Rusher was last seen wearing a black shirt, black stretchy jogger pants, and two different white shoes, with one having no strings.

LMPD said he is 5 ft. 11 in. and 200 pounds.
