LOUISVILLE, Ky. — (WHAS) – The Commonwealth Attorney’s Office says a Louisville Metro Police Department officer was indicted for an assault that happened on February 2, 2018.
Eighteen-year-old Tanner Brown was arrested outside the Old Louisville Tavern at 1532 South Fourth Street in February.
McConico is charged with assault in the fourth degree. As it is a misdemeanor, It is punishable up to 12 months in jail and or a $500 fine.
The charge against the officer will be referred to the Jefferson District Court for prosecution.
