LOUISVILLE, Ky (WHAS11) -- Pilot Jay Gordon was laid to rest Saturday.
Gordon died in an airplane crash at a Tennessee air show last week. The 61-year-old was an established figure within Louisville's local aviation community. Gordon was also a regular at the annual Thunder Over Louisville celebration.
The FAA and the NTSB are still conducting investigations into what caused the crash.
Gordon's funeral was held at the Highlands Funeral Home on Taylorsville Road.
