LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville Metro Police Department issued an "Operation Return Home" for a 31-year-old women who has been missing since Sunday evening.
Shelbie Howard is missing from the 6200 block of Maravian Drive near Pleasure Ridge Park in southeastern Louisville.
Authorities say she was last seen wearing a gray sweatsuit with gold writing on the hoodie.
