LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) – A man has been identified after he was hit and killed by a train in St. Matthews March 27.
Gregory Kenney, 24, was sitting on the tracks near Chenoweth and Shelbyville Road early Sunday morning when he was hit by the train.
The conductor saw Kenney but was not able to stop in time.
Authorities say it’s unclear why he was sitting on the tracks.
