LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Monday evening, community leaders Christopher 2x and Minister Jerald Muhammad will host a memorial event in honor of Louisville’s “The Greatest” Muhammad Ali.
The goal of the event is to reflect on the principles Muhammad Ali embodied and apply them to the social issues West Louisville is facing today.
The event is open to the public. The community will gather near Muhammad Ali’s boyhood home at 3302 Grand Ave. at 6:30 p.m. Monday, June 5.
