Louisville police are asking the public for help locating a missing 19-year-old woman who was last seen in the Shawnee neighborhood.
Samantha Barrett has been missing since about 10:30 p.m. Thursday night. Authorities say she was wearing a gray jacket, blue shirt, Hello Kitty pants and multi-colored Crocs.
LMPD officials say Samantha suffers from intellectual disabilities and requires medication for other health issues.
