LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A man driving a motorcycle was killed Friday night in Louisville after colliding with an SUV.
According to Louisville Metro police, the motorcyclist was traveling southbound on New Cut Road just before 10 p.m. when he crashed into an SUV turning out of Iroquois Park. Police believe the motorcycle was traveling at a high rate of speed.
The driver was thrown from the motorcycle and pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger inside the SUV were taken to the hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.
