LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Metro Police have issued an Operation Return Home for a missing Louisville man.
Christopher Day, 38, left Norton Audubon Hospital on Oct. 24 and has not been in contact with his family.
Daye is without his medication and his family is concerned for his safety.
He is described as a 5-foot-7 Black male, weighing 140-pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
